Veyra AI - AI Data Privacy Terms

• To generate a video, Veyra AI uses the text prompt you enter and any image, video, audio, text, or file you choose to upload for that generation.
• This data is sent only to Veyra AI's own servers and is processed only to create, deliver, secure, troubleshoot, and support the AI result you requested.
• All AI models used for user generation requests are self-hosted by us. Veyra AI does not use any third-party AI service for those requests.
• We do not use personal information, prompts, uploaded content, or generated outputs to train general-purpose AI or foundation models.

• Uploaded images are used only as visual input to create the video you request.
• When you select a photo as input for AI video generation, that image is uploaded to and processed only on Veyra AI's own servers.
• We do not perform facial recognition, do not extract facial-geometry data, and do not create biometric identifiers.
• We do not share your input images with outside organizations. They are processed only on Veyra AI's own servers for the requested generation.

• Your prompts, input images, and generated videos are stored only to provide your creation history and re-generation features, linked to your account.
• They are deleted when you delete the creation or your account.
• In addition, they are automatically deleted from our servers no later than 36 hours after creation, even if you do not delete them yourself.
• Limited billing, subscription, refund, security, abuse-prevention, dispute, tax, accounting, backup, or legal records may be retained where required or permitted, but those records are not used to restore deleted generation content.

• AI generation starts only after you agree to this notice on first use of the relevant generation feature.
• You control whether to provide a text prompt, upload a photo, or use another supported input for a generation request.
• You can delete creations in the app where the app provides that control, and you can delete your account through the in-app account, profile, or settings area.
• Contact support@veyra-ai.org for any data request, deletion help, privacy question, bug report, or generation-data concern.

For privacy or AI data requests, include enough information for us to locate the relevant account or generation record, such as your account email or user ID if available, app version, approximate creation time, and a concise description of the request.

Do not send passwords, payment card numbers, government identifiers, or unnecessary sensitive personal information in support messages.
